Please arrive at 9:45AM for a 10AM start.
There will be a tutorial before the group curls. The thistle offers delivery aids for seniors such as sticks that attach to the rock so no one has to bend and you can throw the rock from a standing position. Rubber pads to for under your runners are provided to help reduce the risk of slips or falls.
Members need to bring soft sole indoor shoes, such as running shoes. If you have rubber to go over a shoe please consider bringing them.
Registration is limited and memebrs will need to sign a waiver prior to the event.
