Hello all!
Just wanted to let you know that Gerry has asked me, (with the help of my grandson Cole who also volunteers with me at CKUA) to oversee our donated hour of programming.
I have chosen and been given an hour of ‘The Wake up, Shake up’ on Saturday July 19th, from 9am to 10am. I chose this program for a couple of reasons… she is vivacious and full of life, she plays an eclectic mix of music so I am hopeful we can get some ‘oldies’ in there that speak to some of us and she also throws in some contemporary tracks which will certainly speak to Cole and the younger generation!
So please be sure to let everyone know so that we can all tune in that day and hopefully have a dance party!
